Udit is a partner in our M&A practice based in London and provides financial due diligence services, primarily to clients engaged in M&A and asset disposals or refinancings in the infrastructure sector, including energy, digital and transport infrastructure.
He is also responsible for deploying AI in our M&A business in the UK, and his experience includes working in Audit, Consulting and M&A in the US prior to moving to the UK to join EY’s Transaction Advisory Services team in 2011.
Udit joined Deloitte in May 2025, having previously led EY’s Infrastructure sector team in Strategy and Transactions in the UK and served as EY’s Strategy and Transactions Talent Leader for three years. Udit is a member of the Board of Trustees of Transition Zero, a non-profit entity focused on improving climate change outcomes.
