Toby joined Deloitte in 2007 and is an Insurance Partner, having worked across the full programme lifecycle to size, sell, shape and deliver major programmes for insurance clients from Stat & Reg (such as Solvency II and Finance Transformation) through to High Value, High Priority (Data, Analytics and IDO).
