Tom Markham

Tom is a Director within Deloitte’s Private Sector Capital Programmes team, where he supports clients in the strategy and architecture of delivering complex capital programmes. He specialises in delivery strategies, operating models, transforming project controls capability, and benchmarking organisation and project performance. He has a breadth of international experience having worked across UK, EMEA and APAC.
