Tom is a Partner within Deloitte Managed Solutions (DMS) and co-leads the Capital Markets side of the practice. He specialises in the design, delivery and execution of complex programmes in the investment bank setting. He is also COO to the Deloitte UK Capital Markets Executive. Most recently Tom oversaw the design, placement and delivery of the Deloitte / A&O Variation Margin solution across 8 global investment banks.
Tom joined Deloitte having spent six years with in investment banking. Before banking, Tom spent 8 years as an Infantry Officer, and was focused on command, leadership and military intelligence. Tom is Prince 2 Practitioner qualified, holds the Investment Administrative Qualification and a Masters Degree in Global Economics. He is best known for the leadership he offers his clients and for his ability to mobilise and accelerate complex or failing change programmes.
