Tim has been a management consultant for 25 years, working with major banks, insurers and wealth management firms, in programme leadership and project portfolio management roles.
Extensive experience in setting up programmes to deliver successfully and building valued, pro-active transformation offices. Specific expertise in implementing portfolio management and benefits management frameworks. Tim is the Head of Profession for Deloitte UK’s Major Programmes offering and led development of Deloitte’s Program Aerodynamics® framework.
