Tom is a Partner within the Legal Management Consulting team and leads our Law Department Consulting practice in the UK.
A recognised expert in delivering transformational change in legal environments, Tom has over 15 years’ experience of working with corporate legal departments and law firms to help them achieve more effective and efficient service delivery.
Prior to joining Deloitte Tom held leadership roles at Elevate, as Head of EMEA Consulting and Practice Lead for Law Firms and before that at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where as Global Head of Change he built their internal change capability and led their transformation agenda.
