Samir is an International Tax partner based in London. He has been heavily involved in many in-depth tax investigations of specific domestic or international issues including transfer pricing and diverted profits tax, treasury related tax issues, and complex intangibles and capital gains matters.
As a result, he has considerable experience of negotiating and dealing with HMRC at all levels. His clients include numerous FTSE 100 and S&P 500 multinationals, including a number of major energy, resources, banking/FS, and TMT groups within these indices.
