Steve Webber

Steve leads the Structured Finance team for Financial Advisory in the UK. His team works with a range of different market participants, advising them on structured finance transactions across a range of asset classes, jurisdictions and challenges, but with a particular focus on supporting firms considering a sale of assets via a structured finance transaction.

Steve benefits from over 16 years’ experience in the structured finance market, including roles at both a rating agency and the Bank of England with particular expertise on consumer asset classes, data, transparency, reporting and transaction execution.
