Stu Collins

Stu Collins is a Manager in the Major Programmes organisation, specialising in project management and digital transformation.

Stu has supported clients across a range of industries including rail and telecoms, bringing creative solutions to project and portfolio challenges and help develop new, innovative and digital ways of working.

Prior to Deloitte, he has 15 years experience in the oil and gas sector both in operations and major programmes environments. His experience includes portfolio management as well as leading on engineering and construction activities. He has been successful in identifying and implementing digital initiatives across global organisations resulting in the redefinition of working practices through mobile digital technology, custom applications, and digital twin solutions.

Stu leads the Innovation team our Digital Catalyst craft, heading up initiatives in Digital Twin strategy, AI in Programme Management, Digital Construction Technology, Innovation practices and Metaverse and VR implementation.
