Stephanie is an associate director in the Real Estate Tax Group in London. She has advised on a range of institutional, private equity funds and Asian family office investors on cross-border transactions in the UK and Europe. Stephanie often travels to Asia to serve our Asian real estate investor clients.
Stephanie has advised on a wide range of transactions with examples such as:
- Advising a Hong Kong investor on their landmark London office acquisition for a value of c. £1bn;
- Advising US private equity investors in respect of the acquisition of a Nordic logistics portfolio, with a total value of c. $200m; and
- Advising a European institutional investor on the sale of two London office buildings for a total value of c. £900m.
