Past experience includes advising on the tax aspects of direct and indirect commercial and residential property acquisitions and disposals, corporate due diligence, restructurings and refinancings.
Sophie has a particular focus on ME family office investors and has developed an expertise on shariah compliant financing and investment structures.

- Advised an Asian family office client on acquisition structuring of a pub group worth in excess of £1.2bn.
