Steve Routledge

Steve Routledge is a partner in our Corporate Turnaround team which is part of our Performance Improvement offering, working with our VCS & DCA teams, as well as our EMEA Special Situations Desk in London, connecting with our other Global desks in New York and HK-Singapore. 

Steve has over 25 years’ experience dealing with complex international transactions, leading reviews and assessments of corporate groups, acquisition targets and divestments for a variety of Private Equity and Credit Funds.

Based in the UK, Steve has worked with clients and Deloitte teams in many countries and sectors including Industrial, Automotive, Aerospace, Chemicals, Construction, Business Services, TMT and Oil & Gas.  He has worked with many clients working to acquire and then turnaround and improved stressed and distressed businesses.
