Scott Nicholass

Scott is a UK Partner, who serves as a member of Deloitte’s Global Board of Directors, with a focus on our global strategy, shared agenda and transformation. His primary market focus is on technology-enabled business transformation, specialising in structuring and executing major programmes, and delivering client value through risk-sharing commercial deals.

At Deloitte Scott has sold and successfully delivered several of the UKs most complex large-scale engagements in both Public and Private sector, driven from strategic advisory, through delivery execution and into live service operations. An outcome-driven approach.

Over the last 30 years Scott has held leadership positions within Industry and Professional Services. His career started in Banking in a decade of significant technology-driven change and globalisation. This included international payments, digital banking, data analytics, electronic commerce, customer management and several mergers and acquisitions.

He moved to IBM Business Consulting in 2000, when the Big 4 reimagined their Consulting businesses. Focussing on EMEA Financial Services, he developed his experience in complex multi-geography programmes, commercial deal structuring and global delivery models.

Scott joined Deloitte in 2005, championing major pursuits from a business-led perspective, and employing the full breadth and depth of Deloitte’s global capabilities. He was the Global FSI Technology Leader, before moving to UK Public Sector Executive in 2019 to drive our Major Transformation Capability and pursuits around ‘Bold Plays’.

Scott is the Consulting Cloud Transformation Leader, representing the UK on the NSE and Global Leadership teams. He is a Deal Pursuit Coach and Quality Assurance Partner and leads in our market ambition around Core Business Transformation in NSE and EMEA.
