Simon Thompson

Simon leads our Financial Services Transaction Services team in the UK and is a partner with over 20 years experience in the UK and Germany. He has worked exclusively with Financial Services clients, initially within audit and since 2000 as a full-time transaction services specialist and has advised on over 250 transactions. He was promoted to partner in 2009. He is a Fellow of the ICAEW and member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments.

His experience includes working with large listed corporates and private equity houses, both in acquisition and divestments.
