Led and worked on many high-profile transformation and procurement projects and programmes, primarily in Defence; developing high performing teams and building effective working relationships with senior public and private sector stakeholders.
Shane has led: Major Programmes' support to complex GMPP defence programme with £2Bn procurement and transition; a portfolio of business cases (£500m+) for a HMG Department, an assurance review of a Department’s Covid-19 response for the Permanent Secretary; establishment of a Department's top level governance and reporting model; a Department's business engagement strategy and export support operating model; and identification of reconstruction lessons learned to guide HMG's initial Ukraine reconstruction support.
