Shivani Maitra

Shivani is a Partner in Deloitte Consulting’s London office where she leads the Private Sector Practice for Consulting. Her clients span Consumer and Retail businesses.

She has over 25 years of experience in Human Capital and has advised clients globally across Europe, the Americas and South Asia. Shivani has extensive experience of leading large, complex transformation programmes across the Private Sector, working with senior board members supporting them in defining their roles and capabilities as well as the role of their organisations and supporting them through the change process.
