Shilpa is the leader of Deloitte UK and NSE Delivery Model capability and the Director of Crowdsourcing. Shilpa has over 22 years of experience in management consulting, delivering data and information driven solutions to a range of clients and driving large scale change and transformation programmes focussing on leveraging new and innovative technologies and ways of working. She is also the leader of the award winning Deloitte Women in Technology network and is passionate about inclusion, equality and diversity.
