With over seven years' experience, she assists clients in designing, building, and implementing comprehensive TPRM frameworks, encompassing the entire third-party lifecycle – from identification and assessment to ongoing monitoring and termination. Her expertise also extends to Third Party Resilience, ensuring clients meet operational resilience requirements and plan for potential Third Party disruptions earlier in the lifecycle, tackling questions on concentration and overreliance of Third Parties.
Specialising in Financial Services, Sophie possesses a deep understanding of relevant regulatory requirements concerning outsourcing and third party risk across multiple jurisdictions. She guides clients in assessing and enhancing their TPRM programmes to ensure regulatory compliance. Within Deloitte's TPM team, Sophie leads the eminence initiatives, including contributing to the Global Annual TPRM Survey, leading the quarterly TPRM Financial Services Roundtable (focused on industry trends), and publishing thought leadership.
