Sam leads Deloitte's Private Client Business team in the South West and Wales, acting for a number of the region’s entrepreneurs and rich list clients. She has extensive experience advising on all personal tax issues, including corporate and property transactions, planning for key life events and family succession, as well as trust taxation.
Sam has particular expertise in advising professional practices, acting for many of the UK’s largest law firms, specialising in UK tax structuring & simplification, overseas expansion, partnership mergers, demergers, LLP incorporation and property matters.
Sam also leads Deloitte’s national Private Client compliance services, transforming tax return service delivery to clients through process improvement and technology-based solutions.
