Rachael has extensive experience in Legal Managed Services and in establishing, leading and managing in-house legal teams in various market sectors including Business Process Outsourcing, Central Government, telecoms and pharmaceuticals. Having spent over 20 years working in-house, Rachael then lead and managed Legal Managed Services teams at EY Riverview Law supporting global clients across numerous market sectors.
