Richard a senior partner in our Equity Capital Markets team in the UK. He has over 27 years of experience at Deloitte, principally supporting clients through their largest and highest profile public market deals, including IPOs, Class One transactions, rights issues, demergers and all other capital market transactions.

Richard leverages his substantial experience to work with our public clients who are planning to transact, advising them from the very earliest planning stage through to transaction completion.
