Rob is a Partner in our Major Programmes practice, he leads our Infrastructure and Capital Programmes industry in the UK.
Rob focuses on leading transformation programmes to deliver performance improvement for clients with significant infrastructure and real estate assets. Rob has advised on many of the UK public sector’s “mega-projects” e.g. Crossrail, HS2 Thames Tideway and the Palace of Westminster, working directly with the C-suite, Board members, and Sponsor organisations. Rob is also our Lead Client Service Partner for National Highways. Internationally, Rob has advised on the NEOM “giga-project” in KSA, and has provided advice to key projects in the USA, Canada and Australia. Rob acted as a faculty member of the Cabinet Office’s Major Projects Leadership Academy for several years. Rob has 30 years of broad experience, having worked and qualified in industry as a chartered civil engineer.
