Naithan Basra is a Manager within Deloitte's Risk Management practice, specialising in Credit Risk Transformation.
Since joining in September 2022, he has supported a range of engagements for global banks and private credit firms, helping to optimise operating models and deliver large-scale regulatory change programmes, including IRB adoption initiatives.
Prior to joining Deloitte, Naithan obtained a First-Class BSc degree from the University of Nottingham in Industrial Economics with Insurance.
