Rob leads Deloitte’s work with government and the public sector to improve performance and delivery.
Rob’s client work is focused on working with executive teams and boards to improve the planning, governance and performance management of their strategic priorities.
Rob has worked with elected politicians and senior leaders in a number of departments, devolved administrations, and across the public sector to help them deliver their most critical priorities. Rob is the lead Client Service Director for Deloitte’s work with the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government.
A former Treasury official, Rob has a strong interest in developing public sector delivery capability and originated and leads Deloitte’s Enabling Delivery Programme for civil service leaders.
