Rui specializes in designing and delivering market-leading Performance Management solutions for complex insurance clients, focusing on Planning & Forecasting, Profitability and Cost Management, and Management Reporting. Additionally, he acts as a Quality Assurance SME for Insurance FP&A projects and has a successful track record in delivering finance transformation initiatives, including Future of Finance FP&A Transformation for a health insurance provider and Finance Transformation for a FTSE-100 GI Insurer.
Rui plays a vital role in Discovery projects, identifying pain points, designing solutions, and contributing to strategic planning for Deloitte's major insurance clients.
