Renee leads the Deloitte Restructuring Services Indirect Tax team in London. She specialises in VAT aspects of distressed and insolvent restructurings, refinancings, fast track M&A, private equity and corporate simplification assignments across all sectors and geographies.
Renee is an experienced Associate Director specialising in VAT, with a long track record of advising borrowers and creditors on high profile transactions.
She is the firm’s representative on the indirect tax committee of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals and regularly liaises with HMRC on business rescue and insolvency related indirect tax policy matters.
