Rebecca Fisher

Rebecca specialises in helping organisations drive strategic change to achieve operational delivery and maximise organisational effectiveness. This includes efficiency assessments, strategy and workplace transformation, operating models and governance.

Rebecca served 8 years as an Army Officer where she provided leadership to Defence transformation programmes and delivered planning and risk advisory services to global operations.

In June 2024 she was shortlisted as a finalist in the ‘Young Leader of the Year’ category of the Ex-Forces in Business Awards.
