Richard Baddon

Richard leads the Deloitte Insurance M&A proposition. Richard is a qualified actuary who specialises in mergers & acquisitions, capital raising and corporate restructuring. He has been involved in the majority of major life insurance transactions in the UK over the past 25 years, and a number of deals across Continental Europe. Richard uses his deep industry knowledge to follow through and motivate small teams to deliver complex transactions against challenging timescales.
