  • Delivery Lead on SAP template roll-out for a large manufacturer of construction and mining equipment.
  • The project scope includes deployment of various SAP ERP capabilities including S&OP (IBP, APO, PP, MRP), Manufacturing (MES, PM, QM), Order to Cash (SD, LE, GTS), Supply Chain (MM, IM, WM) and Finance (FI, CO, PC, AA, AP, AR, Treasury, Tax, Cash Mgmt.)

SAP S/4 Hana Business Transformation - (Large European Media Client)

  • Led and delivered a complex SAP S/4 Hana finance transformation project roll-out for 8 European countries migrating data from disperse legacy ERP and local systems.
  • Complex stakeholder management with business and IT stakeholders across several European countries including Italy, Spain, UK, Netherlands et al.

SAP S/4 Hana ERP Strategy - (Large Global Renewable Energy Client)

  • Program Manager on SAP S/4 Hana transformation project for Global Renewables and Energy Solutions business.
    • Led and delivered ERP Strategy in a rapidly evolving environment (multiple client re-organisations, and a number of changes to the key stakeholders including top Leadership).
  • Successfully launched the ERP implementation Prepare phase and client handover on opportunity detailed scoping, planning and delivery approach.

SAP Transformation – Large European Media Company

  • Program Director on multi-million multi country SAP S/4 Hana transformation project for large European Media Client. Leading a team of 110+ onshore and offshore team members.
  • Design, build, test and delivery of a full-scale SAP enterprise transformation program, implementing SAP S/4HANA (on-premise 2020 version).
  • Deploying global S/4 template across 8 countries and 23 companies setting up the ERP backbone across various businesses and entities covering the procurement, sales and finance processes including indirect procurement.

Retail Business Transformation (Jun 2019 – Oct 2021) – Very large global engine manufacturing client

  • Program Director on multi-million SAP S/4 Hana transformation project for aftermarket business of one of the world’s largest engine manufacturing client. Leading a team of 70+ onshore and offshore team members.
  • Led cross-functional process design and chaired project design authority.
  • The scope included design, build, test and delivery of a full-scale SAP enterprise transformation program, implementing SAP S/4HANA (on-premise 1909 version) along with SAP Extended Warehouse Management and SAP Transport Management Professional. In addition, we implemented C4 HANA Hybris Commerce Cloud (CCV2) for B2B portal and SAP SPP (Service Parts Planning).
