Piumi Mitchell

Piumi is the Social Value lead for Deloitte. She leads the strategic direction and delivery of our Social Value proposition in relation to public sector procurement opportunities. She also leads the firms Social Value partnerships, actively working with our Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) partners as well as Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to evolve and embed collaborative and sustainable models of delivering social value.

She is passionate about supporting businesses from all sectors to play their role in society, by embedding social value and purpose at the heart of everything they strive to achieve.Piumi has over 15 years experience leading large scale transformation, cultural and business change programmes across a variety of clients. She also has deep experience as a trusted advisor to leadership, in support of key change programmes and initiatives.
