Olga is a Senior Manager in Deloitte's T&T Technology Assurance team, specialising in Project Assurance, IT Audit, and Project Management.
She has a proven track record leading GRC tool implementations (ServiceNow) for Integrated Risk Management and Enterprise Resilience at major international banks. Her expertise includes leading PRA reviews on Material Change and outsourcing, overseeing operations resilience, business continuity, and network security, and providing SME input on change assurance for complex transformational programmes. Olga holds Prince2, Safe Agile, and ISO 27001 qualifications, and is pursuing SCRUM Master certification.
