I help organisations transform through simplifying and automating business processes and better supporting human workforces. I have deep experience in helping Financial Services clients deliver complex transformation enabled by technology and I bring the capability to advise and deliver on leading solutions in complex, dynamic and ambiguous situations.

I also lead the UK Deloitte Centre of Process Bionics (cross firm & cross industry), utilising process mining & intelligence to provide data driven insights on process performance and inefficiencies, enabling better decision making to transform. I also lead on Deloitte's Automation & AI proposition for large FSI accounts, from technologies including robotics, cognitive & AI, process mining and analytics.

I have worked on successful change programmes as Programme Director or as Lead Advisor for some of our largest FSI clients including NatWest, LBG, HSBC, BofA, L&G, Hiscox.
