Nikil is a Partner in Deloitte’s Forensic team and specialises in providing data analytics and forensic technology services across a range of sectors. With over 19 years’ experience of using data to perform investigations and in advisory services, Nikil has led many complex and high-profile investigations across the UK, Europe and the US.
Nikil has worked on matters relating to some of the world’s largest misconduct investigations. Recently he was an expert witness and skilled person in two large mis-selling investigations, which involved gathering vast amounts of structured and unstructured data, running a series of analytical tests ensuring auditability and presenting those findings in a judiciary setting.
