Nerys is an experienced strategic communication and crisis management advisor, specialising in supporting organisations navigate complex communication challenges during major programmes and transformations.

The majority of her work is now in Government and Public Services, but she has worked across multiple sectors including: energy, aviation, manufacturing, financial services, and consumer.

Over the last 20 years, Nerys has advised numerous clients on their strategic response to reputation risk and crisis. This has included: Covid-19; EU Exit; major incidents such as fires and explosions; nationwide industrial action; international product quality issues; high-profile NGO direct action; high-court litigation; and investment decisions.
