Neil is the Partner lead for Deloitte’s Testing & Quality practice. He has been involved in Testing, Project Assurance and Implementation Management for over 20 years. Neil specialises in Test Process Improvement and Programme Test Management in complex transformation programmes in financial services clients, particularly within Retail Banking. Neil believes that quality is central to any successful programme and that by utilising innovative and efficient testing approaches, QA can actually reduce the overall cost of a programme rather than be seen as an overhead.
