Nick has over 13 years’ advisory experience supporting organisations to improve their operational and financial performance across a breadth of sectors. His focus is on helping listed corporates and PE backed businesses achieve operational improvement through a combination of cost reduction, operating model redesign and cash flow optimisation.
Prior to joining Deloitte Nick was part of KPMG’s Restructuring team, where he led many large-scale operational improvement and transformation projects across both private and public sector organisations.
