Naina is a Manager in Deloitte’s UK Human Capital practice, where she helps global clients across industries assess, strategise , design, and implement Employee Experience led solutions. Her passion for enhancing the Employee Experience, coupled with her diverse experience in delivering end-to-end Human Resources Transformation projects, constantly propels her to deliver true business value for clients. Naina leads our EX Listening and Measurement proposition, advising clients on how to use a human-centric design approach to understand where to invest in EX and measure the impact made.
She is an active contributor in researching and authoring eminence for Deloitte in the space of HC Trends, Payroll Benchmarking, and Employee Experience. She is passionate about sustainable business practices.
