Muriel Tafts

Muriel leads The Women on Boards and Race in the Boardroom Programmes which are designed to improve the diversity balance on FTSE100 boards, and the UK Deloitte Alumni Network.

She is a Business Chemistry facilitator, supporting client teams to build more meaningful relationships for success. Having worked at Deloitte for over nine years she has previously led the CIO and CHRO Next Generation Programmes and was the Marketing Lead for the public sector industry.

Muriel has 27 years’ experience in marketing, business development and operations gained across professional services, further and higher education, local government, internet start-ups, telecommunications, and the arts. Muriel is purpose-led and is passionate about helping people to achieve their professional goals.
