Mark is an international tax partner working in the Foreign Owned vertical, with a small number of Deloitte's largest MNC clients. He leads the Consumer Industry within the UK tax practice, and has been working continuously in international tax at Deloitte for 29 years. Mark's areas of experience and expertise are corporate M&A, business model structuring and cross-border reorganisations, with a particular focus on the Consumer and Industrial Products sectors.
