Marcus Reedman
Director | Crisis, Resilience and Operational Readiness
Marcus is a Director in Deloitte’s Reputation, Risk, Crisis and Resilience practice and brings a wealth of experience in national security, crisis management and operational readiness.
He has worked across sectors and around the world to support clients in the development of their resilience to crises, in dealing with issues and events as part of live response, and in the recovery, lessons and regeneration of operational capacity. In addition he has led teams to deliver the operational readiness programmes for major high profile events, ensuring success and enhancing reputations. Clients have included government departments both in the UK and overseas, energy companies and regulators, as well as sporting federations and organisting committees.
Prior to joining Deloitte Marcus spent 25 years in the Brtisih Army, MOD and Cabinet Office where he delivered national security policy, and led strategic planning for government organisations facing domestic and international risk frameworks, including the exercising and validation of contingency plans.
