Matt Penny

Matt is a TS partner with over 15 years M&A experience. He focuses on operational due diligence, performance improvement, synergy and separation review work for Corporate, Private Equity and banking clients. He supports clients on acquisitions, disposals and assessing and delivering value creation strategies. Matt has significant experience of assisting clients with complex carve-outs and integrations, both during pre-deal due diligence as well as through Day 1 and into Post Merger Integration.
