Michelle Kite

Michelle is a Partner within Deloitte’s Development and Assurance team with over 30 years’ real estate and funding experience. Michelle has extensive experience of presenting to and participating at Board level and advising other senior stakeholders on strategic direction across both public and private sector settings. She has recently re-joined Deloitte from Grosvenor, one of the UK's largest privately owned property company where she was the Commercial Director responsible for Grosvenor's developments across its £3bn portfolio. Prior to Grosvenor, Michelle was at Deloitte for 14 years advising both private and public sector clients on how best to secure value from their land holdings and structuring property partnerships.
