Martin is a Director in our Finance Transformation business and the head of Deloitte's Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) practice in the UK, and across Europe and the Middle East.
Martin is a Chartered Management Accountant and has over 15 years of experience leading large-scale, technology-enabled finance transformation programmes in the Private Sector. Martin brings his passion, energy, and can-do approach to the programmes he leads.
Martin supports Chief Financial Officers (CFOs) to ensure that they and their key stakeholders receive the right information at the right time to improve business performance through changes to people, process, and technology.
Martin is known for being innovative, eminent, and developing capability within teams and is passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion.
