Michael Percival

Michael helps clients to deliver major regeneration projects by navigating complex planning issues and preparing environmental impact assessments.  He has extensive experience working in city centres such as Manchester, Liverpool and Leeds working with both the public and private sector to deliver client visions, work with multidisciplinary design teams, and transform areas into thriving new neighbourhoods.  He is passionate about sustainability with a number of internal and external supporting roles supporting the transition to a low carbon economy.
