Mike advises financial services clients on Third Party Risk Management, helping them strengthen frameworks, processes, technology and operating models.
Mike is a Director in Deloitte’s Financial Services practice and leads Third Party Risk Management activity for the sector. He advises clients on the design, enhancement and operation of TPRM frameworks, including policy, governance, risk assessment, due diligence, controls, technology enablement and operating model design. Mike joined Deloitte from industry and brings extensive experience across procurement, supplier management and third party risk in large, complex organisations across multiple sectors. He has led TPRM transformation programmes, supported technology platform deployments, developed offshore delivery models and helped organisations embed third party risk into wider risk and resilience frameworks. His work focuses on helping financial services firms respond to regulatory expectations, improve operational effectiveness and address emerging risks, including technology, outsourcing, resilience and AI.
