Martin is the UK Chief Operating Officer (COO), a role he had held since 1 September 2026.
Martin joined Deloitte Ireland in 1995 as a graduate in Audit. He became a Partner in 2005, focused on the Banking and Structured Finance sector and migrated to advising clients on transactions.
He became Head of Financial Advisory in Ireland in 2013. In addition to his Irish role, Martin was the Managing Partner for Deloitte NSE Financial Advisory from 2019 before becoming the Deloitte Ireland COO in 2023. Martin joined Deloitte UK as COO in September 2026.
