She has over 7 years experience supporting commodity trading organisations across trade lifecycle processes, trading operations, P&L reporting and controls, internal audit, CTRM implementations and large-scale transformation programmes. Her experience spans front, middle and back-office functions, helping clients improve governance, strengthen control environments and enhance operational effectiveness.
She has worked on a range of commodity trading engagements including trade lifecycle reviews, operational and controls assessments, P&L reporting process reviews, trading system implementations, customised reporting solutions, business process improvement initiatives and programme governance support for major transformation programmes.
In addition to her commodity trading experience, Mani has supported regulatory compliance and audit readiness engagements across other regulated sectors. This includes supporting Digital Services Act (DSA) readiness programmes, compliance assessments, governance reviews and control framework development, helping organisations respond to evolving regulatory expectations and strengthen their risk and compliance capabilities.
