Marianne is a Partner in Consulting. Her roles include: UK Public Sector - Change Lead, and Country Lead for the Strategic Change community.
She specialises in the structuring and delivery of complex transformational change in defence, security, and justice clients. She is particularly interested in the impact of digital disruption on business, and the way in which people and organisations function.
She is focussed on establishing an accessible, global change methodology that integrates our various tools and that enables our most junior to most senior change practitioners to speak a common language and that fundamentally differentiates our strategic change capability from that of our clients.
