Based in London, Lukasz [Wookash] is one of the leaders of Deloitte’s Global CEO Program, responsible for developing and delivering learning and leadership development experiences for senior executives (e.g., NextGen CEO/CEO Readiness Program), driving CEO-relevant thought leadership initiatives and developing CEO-centric capabilities across the global network of Deloitte Member Firms.
Prior to joining the global team, Lukasz led the Labs and Learning Program for the US CEO Program, overseeing experiential design and delivery of almost 500 client “Labs” and other learning programs focused on senior executive leadership development and improving performance of executive teams.
Before joining the CEO Program, Lukasz was a manager at Deloitte’s strategy practice in the US (Monitor Deloitte) and at the Monitor Group focusing on scenario-planning/long-range strategy projects for F500 companies, major philanthropies and non-profit organizations.
Born and raised in Poland, Lukasz is a graduate of Beloit College (WI) and University of California San Diego School of Global Policy and Strategy.
