Leigh Fletcher is a Manager within Deloitte's Forensic Financial Crime team, with over 12 years of Transaction Monitoring (TM) experience working within the UK's financial services sector. His specialist knowledge covers both strategic TM objectives as well as operating TM functions within business as usual.

Leigh is a TM focused specialist, supporting projects that involve strategic TM platform upgrades, developing and optimising detection rules, designing customer segmentation models and alert scoring and triage solutions.
